1.1. Written consultation They are given by an expert in the respective area, on the ground of written request, where the problematic legal casus is stated, as there is described the corresponding factual and legal situation. The request is accompanied by copies of the respective documents, that correspond to the casus. The deadline for giving the consultation is determined, having in mind the legal time limits for which the municipality or the company - claimant has to compete the specific legal action. The consultation is given to the claimant in paper and electronic carrier, as it is entered in the written consultation database, which is kept in the office of the Association.

1.2.On field / At place consultation It is given by a consultant - expert in the respective area of Law at the territory of the claimant municipality or the place where are the documents and people who work on the casus. This kind of is given especially in complicated legal casuses when the factual and legal situation cannot be reproduced in exact and full way by the claimant and the expert has to go to the place and collect the necessary information, to make conversations with the respective municipal employees, third interested persons, and after that to make its conclusion and stand. The claimant has the obligation to ensure a place in the building where to get aware with the necessary documents and to make the conversations with the people worked on the casus. After the execution of the consultation a protocol is developed, where are given the names of the officials, to whom the consultation is given, the name of the expert, a resume of the effect and evaluation of the quality of the consultation. The protocols are entered in special archives of the AT PLACE consultations, as a copy is attached to the batch of the consultant given the consultation.

1.3.Oral consultation It is given either on the phone or in the office of the Association, after a preliminary request, where are conceded the necessary data, with which the expert hat to be aware in advance. The arrangement of the exact place and the approximate continuation of the consultation is coordinated by the office of the Association, as unexpected alternation in the time schedule has to be reported to the parties at least at the end of the working day preceding the day of the meeting. The execution of the consultation can be taken down in shorthand, or be taped and documented, and it is also attached to the oral consultations archives and the batch of the respective consultant.
