2. Kinds:

2.1. Alternations and supplements in the present normative acts, conforming them with the alternation of the laws or the civil and economical relationship. It is done on the basis of written request by the chairman of the municipal council, accompanied by a copy of the present normative act, as well as attached opinions and notes of the municipal councilors or protocols of conferences of the commissions of the municipal council, where are discussed the forthcoming alternations.

2.2. Development of new regulations and statute-books based of new legislative decrees or because of unpunctuality of the present normative decrees. It is done on the basis of written request by the chairman of the municipal council, where is pointed the normative act, according to which has to be developed the new regulation or statute, with attached opinions and notes of the municipal councilors or protocols of conferences of the commissions of the municipal council, where are discussed the admittance of the new act.
