3.1. Manual for the municipal employees

3.1.1. It is done on the basis of request by the Mayor of the municipality, to which is attached the respective manual of the municipality about organization and the activity of the municipal council and the municipal administration, as well as instructions for the problems in the activity of the municipal administration or a request for conceding additional information such as statistics, useful experience, alternations in the normative basis.
