4.1. A training is organized on the initiative of:

NALILG - when there is an impartial necessity of improvement of the qualification of the target groups, due to a legislative alternation of the normative basis.

By a given request - training can be organized at place, and only for an exact target group or some, when they have given a written request for that. The training by for one of the pointed priority topics of NALILG, as well on proposed by the claimants, according to their needs and necessities, and corresponding to the areas of activities that NALILG has a capacity of experts.

4.2. Lecturers The selection of lecturers is made on the basis of a card-index, in which for each lecturer is entered:

- The major areas, topics and professional experience as an expert and trainer, verified with the respective certificates;

- The number and the duration of the seminars of the Association, which he or she has been lecturer in.

4.3.The training is directed to the following groups:
